Bathroom plumbing vent. There has definately been some leakage here.

Lots of cracks in the sealant like this one in a low spot right along the edge of the trailer, just behind the refrigerator vent.
Here you can get a look at the gap between the roof and the bottom of the air conditioner. The seal it self seems to be o.k.
More cracking.
Large area of flaking away which causes water to lay in the low spot.
More Flaking
Here you can see the gap, due to the refrigerator door being bent.
Here is a spot where I peeled away the roof sealant. The material underneath looked brand new. I'm assuming someone put new metal on the roof before it was coated. However, they didn't scuff it real good, and that's why a lot of places are coming loose and flaking off.
Here is looking down inside the air conditioner. The white tray you see in the bottom is the water trough.
If you look closely under the copper line at the water trough, you can see one of the two drain holes for the trough.

Furnace Removed. Good thing, because to get the refridgerator out, you have to have the furnace out.
Once again the air conditioner was in the way.
The cabinet and area below where the drawers are is full of mold. I am in the process of neutralizing it.
Here you see how previous water damage has ruined the ceiling above the refrigerator.
This is looking in behind the drawers. It's pretty hard to see, but this area is also full of mold.
Here I've ripped the rotten wood out, which I will have to replace.

Nov 20th. Modified air conditioner water trough. Here you see 1/4 brass nipple through side of housing. One on each side of air conditioner.
And here is the other side with tube to direct water away from the unit.

Capped gas line that used to go to Gas light above kitchen table.
Two capped lines, one for heater, and one for refrigerator.
New Smoke alarm with "hush mode". Compliments of NC RV Solutions.
New Walter Kidde fire extinguisher. Compliments of NC RV Solutions.
Previous water damage to ceiling.
Existing low voltage wiring in kitchen cabinet. End of Project.
I just came across the pictures of the 1960's Holiday Rambler that you repaired the roof and ceiling on. We have a 1963 Holiday Rambler 17.5ft with the front Bunk (Duplex model) thta we are trying to get back to the orignal color and shape. If you still have the Camper is it possible to get more pictures of the inside and outside. I am interested in how they did the bunk in the back end of yours. Any and all pictures or info will be great help to us. Thank you for your time - Perry, Wed, 16 Feb 2011 6:25PM
