Sept 3
After eating at the 'Original Pantry Cafe' in LA, we headed back to San Diego.  We decided since it was early we'd head to La Jolla and see seal beach like we did last time.  This time around though Seal Beach was a children's beach, so there were no seals to be seen :-(  We watched the sunset from our own little private beach.  No one was around because it was hard to get to (you had to brave the huge waves to get to it).  it was great watching the sun set over the pacific ocean, absolutely gorgeous.

I had to get my feet wet, the water just looked so inviting :-)  It was actually warmer than two years ago.

Thanks to the Asian tourists who took our picture for us :-)

If you look at our first SD pics from La Jolla, we carved our names in the sandstone, well... we think it washed away in those 2 years since it wasn't carved very deep.  So here I am, re-carving our initials.

The cave where we took our awesome sunset shots 2 years earlier.  As you can see it is filled with the tide this year.  So we couldn't do our pictures again.
