When GoAhead announced this "new" trip, I signed up. My usual travel partners could not be enticed to visit this part of the world. Why Bulgaria and Romania? Well, I had never been there, so why not? Maybe I'll meet Dracula. That of course did not happen, but I think all 23 travelers would agree that it was a great itinerary anyway.
