Sarah and Dana decided to add a second collie to their home, so they will have 6th and 9th choice of the litters.

The above Dibs List keeps track of all deposits on the two current spring litters. I will update this list as well as update both litter pages, so those waiting to choose their puppies can see which ones are available.
In the event that I have not gotten any response whatsoever from the current choice, I will move to the next choice on the list one week after giving such notice. Your deposit will be moved to the bottom of the list or to the next litter if there are no openings on the Dibs List. Please know that I will make several attempts using all contact options I have for you before I move to this option. For example, if I have emailed you several times with litter announcements, expected litters, and also to let you know that your choice in the litter is approaching and then finally that it is your turn to choose and I get no responses to any of these emails whatsoever, I will give you a week's warning to respond. If I have a phone number for you, I will call you and if I don't get a response within a week from the warning, you will be bumped off the list or moved down.
I am very sorry to have to do this, but getting a collie puppy is a very special event and the people on the DIBS LIST have made a commitment by making a deposit. It is also very fun and exciting to find out that it is your turn to choose a puppy. I'd appreciate if you'd give me multiple ways to contact you as well as pay attention to your email, our website, and/or your phone to see when your turn to choose is approaching so that this event does not occur. |
