Family History

These are some neat pictures starting way back in the late 1800s from my Great Grandparents raising dogs down through my own grandparents, parents and continuing on through my own daughters. I love the old pictures they sure are neat!

~I will be adding my own personal journey to raising the Old Fashioned Rat Terrier in the form of a short story. Look for it soon! The Seegmiller family is the base for the Giant Rat Terrier of today for without our breeding efforts the old time traits would be a thing of legend and only written about in past tense. All current bloodlines 95% come directly from our kennel...our dogs have a particular "look" to them recognized anywhere they are seen. We breed for the AKC Rat Terrier standard and shoot for 18" in height and 30-35# real all around versatile dog!

ENJOY!
