The above is a package that includes our 40’x50' custom white cyc (drive-on allowed), 18' grid, double green room with
kitchenette and private VIP room, on-stage mezzanine/second green room, 3x HMU stations, wardrobe area, power, trash,
standard wifi, 5x 6’ folding tables, 4x cafe tables, 25x folding chairs, 3x wardrobe racks, 1x steamer and private parking for
up to 20 passenger or production vehicles.
Typical extras are our pre-hung 100' black and 100' single seam chroma green curtains, installed RGBw+ lighting volume
(pre-lit for white cyc and green screen), 12'x20’ RGBw+ softbox with 2x Auroris X system, LumenRadio Stardust 8-universe
wireless DMX, on-site scissor lifts, stage AC/heat, dedicated fiber Internet, 4k live stream capability, overflow parking, etc.,
but we try to keep these to affordable add-ons. |

Occidental studios Hello, George. Nice chatting with you. I’ve attached a map of the lot showing the proximity of Stage 4 (green room) and Stage 3 (talk show stage). And I took a video showing the walk between Stage 4 and Stage 3 and also the distance between Stage 3 and Stage 2.
Stage 4 is 1100 sq. ft.. Stage 3 is 8200 sq. ft. Stage 2 is 8250 sq. ft..
We also have a 14,000 sq. ft. stage. Stage 1.
