Rodear came from the Texas Trail litter, and I had to keep a vaquero name for her! Jaquima to Freno, or Hackamore to Bridle, describes the steps in training the Spanish & California bridle horse.  It is also the title of one of my favorite Ian Tyson songs!

My beautiful lady is a Grand Champion!  She took her last leg in style, winning the Champions class over 8 dogs at the 2011 Premier.

I was just tickled that other mama Barbie could be there to see us take the win, and be in the photograph with us!

A beautiful headshot of Miss Rodear at 4 months old, taken by Tracey Kallas.

Every day she looks more and more like her Daddy, the WhoManChu! She has her Mama Boogie's sweet temperment and silly side.

Rodear has been affectionately nicknamed Shrek by my husband!  When I tell him not to call that baby that, he tells me well, she's chubby and look at those radar ears!

Rodear is also an independent baby.  She will play until she falls asleep - where ever she lands, that's where she stays until she is ready for round 2!

"Ro" is also my escape artist - she's the one that will push the x-pen around until she finds a way out.

Miss Rodear was NOT happy that I scooped her up from the bottom of the sleeping pile to get her picture taken, and then her nails cut.  She's definately a screamer!
