1 Exit The exit off the interstate for the town I live in.
2 French Mt. 1 In the distance is the southern end of the range that runs along the east side of the southern tip of Lake George. This end piece is called French Mountain.
3 French Mt. 2 The end of French Mt. as seen from the interstate.
4 French Mt. Range More of the range that includes French Mt.
5 Hillside Just south of the exit for my village, you can see how close the hillsides come up to the road. Green all around us.
6 Crane Mt. Just entering my town from the south end. In the distance you can see Crane Mt., another local peak that is popular to climb. There is a pond on top of it.
7 Bridge 2 Another of the bridges across the Schroon River. There are 4 of them in town.
8 River view This is just west of the bridge. There used to be a lot of rock cribs in the river because just a couple of hundred feet downstream from here was a sawmill. River drivers stood on the cribs and controlled the flow of logs into the mill.
9 Judd Bridge The other bridge across the Schroon that I cross daily.
10 Marsh1 A very lively, interesting marsh that is right next to the interstate. I pass this daily on the way to work.
11 On Ramp Getting onto the interstate that runs near my town, heading south.
12 Prospect Mt. Headed north on the interstate, the mountain is Prospect Mt., right next to the southern tip of Lake George (named for King George)
