Margaret and Tom,

Thanks for sharing your pictures from Korea.  It looks like it was the trip of a lifetime. How wonderful that your mom and her sister were able to see each other and you were able to meet your extended family after so many years.

The only picture of all three of us, at Incheon International Airport. We'd arrived the night before and were back to take a bus into the city. The hotel shuttle driver, who drove us there, took the picture.

During the Chuseok holiday, when we visited, historical re-enactments are conducted.

During Chuseok, many Koreans dress in traditional clothing. Several children at Gyeongbokgung were dressed up like this.

Starbucks in Insa-dong, the neighborhood we stayed in while in Seoul. Romanized to: Seutabeokseu Keopi. Keopi is the Korean word for coffee.

One of about half a dozen art/calligraphy shops in Insa-dong. I had a name stamp made of the Hanguelization of my name at a different one of these shops.
