Well, we've had some wonderful times breeding and showing and loving our ratties through the years. However, it's come time for us and our ratties to retire. We will be neutering and spaying those remaining furkids that are still here with us; the older ones will be with us for the rest of their lives - as will several of the rescues we've taken in through the years - some of the younger ones will be offered up as pets. If you're interested in one of our furkids that we will be placing, please contact me at: 828-403-1222, or email me at: TDKofNC@charter.net

Tuffy at four years old - ON HOLD Tuffy has sired one UKC Champion (TDK's Oh Mi Sugar'd Buff), two years ago. Tuffy is built small and square, heavily (but overly-so)muscled, mini Type A. He will not wear a leash; however, he is extremely loving, adores playing fetch (tennis ball) for hours, loves taking dips in swimming pools in the heat of the warmer months. He is no longer house-trained, however - until he was one year old, he was in the house and he was trained to potty outside. Excellent temperament. Is intact.
Tuffy and his two sons, Bear and Heartman Tuffy is on the right back, Bear (also available) is on the other side of the fence, and little Heartman is the black and white (sold). Heartman was the last puppy from this kennel.
Happy Hiki Ah, Hikaru Genji. What a character. He's a heavily muscled red and white Type B (TRT) from Caney Creek Kennels in LA. A beautiful boy, he has produced many exceptional Type B puppies. Not house-broken at this time, but was at one time. He is intact. Excellent temperament.

Bear by Moon's Light Bear is a one-owner boy. He prefers to be with female humans as his owner. He walks very well on a lead with me, and is somewhat house-trained (needs to be reminded). He is a little over two years old. Bear is extremely intelligent and picks up on his master's emotions very quickly, too. He is curious yet reserved around other dogs, would do well in a home with a female canine companion and a female human parent.
