Rickenbacker 4001 Bass 1973
| Here we have a cool old Ricky 4001 Bass from 1973 that has the extra cool checker binding seen during that period. The bass has has a complete refinish and a pro refret at some time so lacquer has been removed from the fret board. In my opinion this is an improvement! Finish has turned a very nice creamy colour. All hard ware is recent original Rickenbacker 4003 parts including the Vintage Toaster neck pickup but not eh upgraded heavy duty bridge. Set up ready to play with a low fast action, one great playing, sounding Ricky bass. |
