I dated the guitar to 1938.
1938 Gibson L-C and H-G Century guitar specs:
single bound top and back, rosewood peghead veneer with pearl "gibson" logo, pearl notched diamond or elongated diamond peghead inlay, large sunburst.
Newer tuner buttons installed as you can see in the pictures. No cracks, (apart for one in the binding)breaks or repairs found. Nice playable action.
Ships in a newer, slightly larger, non original hard case.
