some changes on this old elite P bass including: New Wilkinson bridge, stacked pot pre amp for trebble & Bass. Two Jack sockets on top plate for twin output. Top socket has the signal from the both picks only with NO EQ. Bottom socket as above but with the active treble and bass boost/cut. Use both to power two amps/cabs or just use one socket. Great sounding active P Bass in very good condition. These pickups are amongst the best bass units Fender has made. Looks like someone has been ham-fisted when adjusting the truss rod and chipped a piece of the wood away. Does not affect the playability and the truss rod works fine. See front of head stock pic. Includes a newer Fender Gig bag. Or hard cases available for extra £'s. |
