Fender Bass V 1966

A rare bass indeed. Pro refin in Seafoam Green over sunburst.
No spares available for these so the bridge plate has been manufactured to correct spec and Bridge saddles are correct replacments. Pot codes date to early 66. Neck date reads: Jan 66C. Finish on back of neck has been worn away to a nice smoth feel now. Nice straight neck. Frets have been dressed but plenty of life left in them. Nice playing bass with a great vintage vibe. Try and find another one.
5 string (designed with high 5th string) 34" scale, 15 frets. Introduced June 65. Block inlay by mid 66. Discontinued 1970. Complete with original Fender hard case. Now restrung correctly with high 5th string. |
