Multi Focus Photography

The photos here were taken through a Meiji EMZ-5TR stereo zoom scope using an Olympus C700 digital camera. Numerous photos were taken of each specimen, changing only the focal point. The images were combined using Helicon Focus. This produces an image with much greater depth of field than any one photo in the series has.

It is also the type locality for calciohilaireite, okanoganite, and zektzerite. The mountain scenery makes it a great place to collect. Mostly self collected.
