Rancho Rupa!
Welcome to our first home together! Dion and I are very excited about this first huge step we are taking together! The house is located in the wonderful town of Kings Park on the North Shore of Long Island. It was built in 1986 and has only had one owner!

There is a huge lot, plenty of room in the backyard for a pool, deck, and BBQ!, high cathedral vaulted ceilings, and 8-foot high ceilings in a FULL basement! The home is new, move-in ready and has sooooo much potential. We cannot wait to make this gem our own.

We plan to 'greenovate' as much as possible, starting with the kitchen countertops and moving on from there. We already can't wait to invite everyone over, this is such an exciting time for us!!

I am resubmitting my post - don't know what happened the first time, LOL!!
Hello Dion and Tanya -
I am so happy for both you.  Congratulations for years of Health and Happiness.  The new house is perfect!!  Yes, lots of potential and plenty of yard space for lots of BBQ's.  Everything is falling right into place for you both.  I was just wondering when can I expect a neice or a nephew or both?  Love yas, Cathy
