Flight 93 Memorial, Shanksville, PA
This is the Memorial site about 1000 yds from the crash of Flight 93 on Sept. 11, 2001.
Last year at the PA State Atlatl Championships we watched the helicopters take off and land while investigating the crash site, we were only 10 miles away from it. There were FBI men in the motels. This year at the Atlatl Competition we could not help but go see the site and the memorial.
