Supplies
Here's the stuff's you'll need to create this cool card!!  Paper Cutter, Scissors, Stamps (your choice) 1/2" Circle Punch, 2 Pennies (You could use large buttons, or metal coins if you don't want to use the pennies), Stampin' Dimensionals®, and any emblisshments that you'd like to use.

More Supplies
Cardstocks: One for the card part (scored), and the other for the front of the card.  I've choosen 2 colors, to add life to my project. (Not Shown: Stamp-A-Ma-Jig®) :O)

Step 1:
Take the circle punch, flip it over for easy viewing.  Push the paper all the way in, and to the farthest left without going out of the paper.  Punch your 1st hole here.

Step 2
Do the exact thing on the right side of the 1st hole.  This is how it would look after punching both holes.  I've take a picture of it being on the top, but you can simply flip it over to make it your bottom part of your card instead.

Step 3
Cut The inner part between the 2 circles.  It's about 1/4" or so.  I've only estimated.  Be careful not to cut through the 2 holes, or you'll need to start over.

Step 4
Ok, after cutting the inner part, it'll look like this.

Step 5:
Now, lay it over your card, and lightly trace with pencil the top and bottom lines, and sides.  I did this only because I am putting sentiments within the lines.  If you want to do the same, you'd like to make sure that your sentiments are viewable by it's receiver.

Step 6:
Here is where the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig comes in.  Stamp your stamp on the plastic....

Step 7:
Aline the plastic to the part of your card where you'd like your stamp to be stamped or between the lines that you've traced.

Step 8:
With the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, your stamp is perfectly set!!

Step 9:
Stamp and Design the front of card.  You decide where you want the spinning action.  I've choosen this one to happen at the bottom of my card.

Step 10:
Stamp the image you want to spin.

Step 11:
Now cut it out with your scissors.

Step 12:
Now it's time to work on the pennies.  Stick 1 Stampin' Dimesionals® right smack in the middle of 1 penny.  Make sure you center it, or it will not work properly.

Step 13:
Get the other penny, and stack it right on top, you'll be sandwiching the Stampin' Dimensional® just like this.

Step 14:
Flip the designed card over, and apply thick pop-ups or double your Stampin' Dimensionals® on top of another.  I've stuck them to 7 points of my cardstock - as shown here.

Step 15:
Now, carefully slip the cardstock in between the sandwiched pennies.  Start from the bottom, and slowly pull the top part.  Careful to not tearing the cardstock.

Step 16:
After getting the cardstock in between both pennies - the back of your card should look like this.

Step 17:
I've stamped the other part of my sentiment on a tag, and embellished with a staple and some ribbons.  Then peeled the backing of all Stampin' Dimensionals® - then stuck the designed card to the front of my card.  Your card should now be completed.  Thanks for trying this project out!!!  Your turn!  Share your project, and click above link to post to in our gallery's "Penny Spinner Card Album".  Mahalo!!!
