I forget the name of this bush, but it's great.  Every winter snow gets piled from the driveway on the poor thing and then in the spring it comes to life and looks beautiful after it's ordeal.

This little "greenhouse" is our new gardening toy for the spring of 2005. Yesterday, May 7, we planted 2 tomato plants directly into the garden, and set this plastic tent over them. It will also hold the box plants until May 24 which is the traditional time in our area (southern Ontario) for safe planting.

2005 Wish I could remember what kind of cherries these are.  We planted 2 trees about 15 years ago. This tree bears fruit similar to a sour cherry but sweeter and firmer, the other tree is a sweet cherry with larger and even firmer fruit...Bing perhaps??
