Welcome to our site! We are a family place with a serious love for Rat Terriers.
Our place is 35 acres of rough rural land with hunting galore for my guys. We raise mainly standard size with some minis occasionaly. Our dogs are bred for thrivability, durability, bone and substance, speed, intelligence, courage and conformation, and of course, personality.
Our dogs are
UKC (United Kennel Club) and
UKCI (Universal Kennel Club International),
RTCA (Rat Terrier Club of America), and
AKC FSS
(American Kennel Club Foundation Stock Service)
Coming July 01, 2010
Rat Terriers will leave
the AKC FSS and become
a full registered breed in the
AKC (American Kennel Club)
We believe in this breed and are determined to breed the best "old time" style working Rat we can.
They are farm bred with hunting and protective intincts intact, raised outside, and face true Kentucky weather on a daily basis. They're played with and "people-ized". If you are looking for a dog, that contains all the best of the canine species, then we have them right here!!
I could sing you a song about these wonderful dogs. They are brave, versatile, loving, intelligent, playful, soulful, sensitive, caring, tenacious, arrogant, sneaky, bold, protective, well I can go on and on. They contain ALL the best qualities of both large and small dogs in a compact covienient size assortment.
I hope to introduce you to my guys in a good way, because in my eyes, they are worth it!!
