I just finished re stoning this darling little blue bird brooch.

The brooch is pot metal, and the stones are sapphire, light sapphire, rose, and light amethyst.

The sapphire bird bodies are synthetic sapphires that I recently acquired from an estate.  The stones test on the Persidium gem tester in the high topaz, and low sapphire range.

The brooch is about 2 1/2" across.  There are no designer marks on the brooch.  This one is an unsigned beauty.
