Shamrock #4 Jr. Oddfellows out of Eastpointe serve and support members of the Detroit Association for Retarded Citizens. The Juniors helped staff the ARC Halloween Dance and donated $300 from monies they raised to the Developmentally Disabled of Detroit, Highland Park and Hamtramck, to help fund recreational and advocacy programs for the disadvantaged in urban settings.
