I really like your Nikiml's Antenna Pages. Great easy to understand graphics. (Spread sheets are hard for me to understand.)
 Have you tried running your VHF bi-quads in the UHF band?
 I made a bi-quad with the bottom loop being 15"x4 (60") and the top loop being 13"x4 (52") it works well for both VHF-hi and UHF. I need a bi-directional antenna so I haven't tried reflectors. (If I were to try a reflector I would start by setting them about 15" behind the bi-quad.)
