HIC ("Han in Carbonite", as seen in STAR WARS, Ep. V and VI) Side Panels by Dan Dristillaris about two years ago. He made these castings from another guy in the RPF who sold the mold to Dan back then. Honestly, I was expecting more (or BETTER, I would say), since I've paid and was interested when the OTHER GUY was making them, but the end result was just JUNK, IMHO. :-\

Panels 1 through 8
Same panels, counting from left to right, and descending.
Another angle....and yes, those are my SCREEN ACCURATE HELMETS in the back, Trooper (ANH, GF-styled), Boba Fett (ESB) and JB ESB helmet.

Detail of the secret "activation switch"... which is the blocklooking thingy at the bottom, just to activate the "HERO" panel.
My MIC DAVIS panels from late 2006. This is the only one I've took out of the box and started cleaning it up a little.
Bottom view in sunlight.
side view, again in sunlight
Detail of the indentation at the bottom left.
Detail of the two indentations and crew-holding bracket
another view, this time in the shade.
Front view, with a ruler for measure perspective. These are slightly larger than 12"/foot long.
Another shot for resolution difference.
Side perspective
Another one, this time more higher.
Showing the bottom. They're all SOLID RESIN...my first bummer.
The panel I've taken out of the box, next to the rest of them, ready to ship (same box I've got them in after all this 4 years...UNTOUCHED!
Next to my IC-cast, HiC FRONT PANEL for reference. I can't wait to start working on this prop.
Picture of ALL EIGHT (8) panels together out of the box. The top right corner, is the CLEANED UP panel I've being using for all the pics at the beginning. The top LEFT panel has a broken "bracket", that could be used as the bottom left panel, since no one will pay attention to that anyway.
Detail of the one "uncleaned" panel that has the broken "bracket" piece, but easy to fix.
...and the closeup of the "holes" detail, that need to be covered up before painting. Not too much, but if you're picky about details, at least this is addressed.
Close-up detail of what needs to be cleaned up, specially spaces in corners or at an angle, such as bubbles, like this pic.
Another close-up detail. this one showing the detail of the original casting, plus the so-much-needed extra resin to be cleaned up...
