Dawn has come to us from Eli Brown of Bluegrass Rat Terriers in Kentucky. We cannot thank Eli enough for allowing this girl to come and live with us. Dawn has a lot of different sides to her. She is a beautiful dog, a wonderful companion and a great house dog.... But she is also a GREAT hunter and an excellent watch dog and guardian of our home. She is a more independent type of dog, and likes to do her own thing. She is "TERRIER TO THE BONE"!
***SHOW UPDATES***
On 5-09-09 in Warner OK, Dawn took Reserve CH in a very nice and fairly large class of Champions. I took Dawn along only as a "filler" in case we needed her to make a class, so I was very thrilled that the judge liked her so much.
On 02-14-2009 in Farmington UT, Dawn won another best female under Judge Debbi Orwin, which (if I am adding correctly) makes her a **NEW CHAMPION!!!**... Pending approval from UKC, of course! Huge thanks go out to my friend Stephanie Peterson for handling Dawn to her CH title for me!!!
On 02-13-2009 in Farmington UT Dawn won best female, Best of Breed, and placed 4th in group (6 breeds present) under Judge Dan Crutchfield.
On 01-25-2008 in Phoenix AZ, Shows 1 and 2, Dawn got two more majors by taking Best Female both times, under judges Rick Gann and JD McNutt.
On 01-24-2008 in Phoenix AZ, Show 2 Dawn took her first major by taking Best Female under judge Lorraine Tayeb.
Thank you Judges, for seeing the potential in our Dawn!

Dawnie... All grown up!
4 I love the build on this girl... LOADS of bone and muscle, but she is not coarse at all -- She is still feminine, just as a female should be.
5 Beautiful Dawnie!
6 Gorgeous Dawn... I glad that I finally got some decent pics of her!
