Amber is petrified tree resin, superior in quality to any other resins. It is sacred to many American Indians. Amber is a symbol of courage in the Far East. Asian cultures regard Amber as the “soul of the tiger”. It has electro magnetic properties and is reputed to have the ability to draw disease from the body. Amber absorbs negative energy. It also calms nerves, gives confidence, helps to regain memory loss. It is nicknamed the “happy stone” because it is said that Amber helps with depression.

I told you "I DO NOT LIKE CONFORMATION!!"

Enlarge photo 11
11
But she is such a pretty girl I can't help but put her in the ring from time to time.

Enlarge photo 12
12
She did seem to like it better .... or maybe hate it less.

Enlarge photo 13
13
OK, maybe a bit of a 'tude there.

Enlarge photo 14
14
But her 'tude is part of what makes her who she is.

Enlarge photo 15

She sure can give "the look" though.

I love to be outside on a beautiful sunny day.

Enlarge photo 38

I wasn't too crazy about this strange guy, but Momma said he would bring me lots of toys soon because I've been sooo good.

Our Thanksgiving vacation 2006 on Mt. Nebo in Arkansas.  It was cold the first two days, so I lounged around in the cabin with my warm clothes and shoes on.

Enlarge photo 40
40
Sister Mini and I still lounging around, cozy and warm inside the cabin.  Later in the week we had a blast running through the woods.

Enlarge photo 41
41
It warmed up later in the week, so we went outside for a photo shoot.  Momma had us pose on this HUGE log.  We also had a nice walk down the road and through the woods.

Enlarge photo 42
42
Another shot on our photo shoot day.  This time I was on a large rock.  Reminded me of my first home in Colorado.

Enlarge photo 43
43
Still have those beautiful eyes.  I weighed 6 lbs at the vets yesterday, but he used those really big scales and I wouldn't stay still.

Enlarge photo 44
44
Playing agility at my friend Nancy's house.  Momma weighed me on doctor's scales and she says I weighed 6 3/4 pounds.

Enlarge photo 48
48
I'm catching up to Sister Mini....I can already outwrestle her.  But I could when I was only nine weeks old too.

Enlarge photo 49

Not camera shy here.  Momma says I have BEAUTIFUL eyes.  And I love to wave at ya!!!

Enlarge photo 50

I'm so gorgeous, even if Momma can't get a clear picture.  I weighed in at 4 pounds 0 ounces
at twelve weeks and one day old.

Enlarge photo 53
53
Did you come to bail me out?  I like to get inside the pillow case so Momma will think there's been a prison break.

Enlarge photo 54
54
I've escaped prison.  Now to figure out how to get off this huge bed.

Enlarge photo 55
55
My first day in my new home in Houston, Texas.  Momma's got a big foot.

Enlarge photo 56

Momma took me to meet the vet (not someone I wanted to meet).  I weighed a whopping 2 pounds and 15 ounces.

Enlarge photo 57

The Emmy/Tunes litter was evaluated by Pat Hastings during a seminar at the Greater Swiss Mtn Dog National Specialty.

I was Pat's second pick, with a nice topline, neck, and front and rear angulation.

Enlarge photo 58
58
I am very people oriented & did not struggle at all when Pat performed the hanging test.  You can see my neck, topline, and front & rear angulation remain unchanged whether my feet are on or off the table.  Pat was very impressed with my form & temperament & used me as the example of the virtues to look for when evaluating a puppy.
