This fun family of 6 played here joyfully while awaiting their transport to permanent foster homes & adoptive homes.
Scrabble has been adopted and now lives in Florida. Bingo has been adopted and now lives in Oregon. Yahtzee has been adopted and now lives in New York. Checkers has been adopted and now lives in New Hampshire. Twister has been adopted and now lives in New York. Jenga has been adopted and now lives in Kentucky.

1 Mama Rattie and her 5 puppies, who were born approximately 3/1/08.
2 Jenga, the mommy, is about 4 years old.
3 She weighs 22 lbs. (still has "post pregnancy" tubbiness).
4 She is sociable, sweet, and playful. And she is a tower of strength when her rambunctious puppies are jumping all over, trying to topple her.
5 And she had no hesitation in figuring out how to jump up onto a chair so that she could jump up onto the trampoline to follow me. (My vantage point for puppy-free photography SUPPOSEDLY).
6 Poor Jenga is poo'd out from parenting her energetic puppies.
7 Bingo is the only male puppy. He weighs around 13 lbs.
8 Bingo has a split face, with the right side black and brown, and the left side black, white and brown. He has a moderate amount of black on his body
9 Bingo is a social and happy-go-lucky kind of guy, and likes for everyone to play with him.
10 Bingo likes attention and being in your lap but he's usually not as pushy about it as the other puppies.
11 Checkers, on the other hand, is a pup always wanting to jump right over her siblings to get the attention, and thinking that she deserves to be crowned for reaching the other side. :)
12 Checkers is mostly white, with black a little tan around her eyes and black ears, plus black at the base of her tail.
13 The tip of her left ear is white.
14 Checkers weighs around 10 lbs.

16 This is Scrabble, a tad more reserved and low-key than the others.... (but not much).
17 Scrabble is mostly black and white, with a little tan "beauty spot" on each cheek. She weighs around 10 lbs.
18 But she is up for some adventures when one of her siblings leads the way. (Here she is with Yahtzee.)

20 Yahtzee is a really personable girl, weighing about 12 lbs.
21 She has a brown/black face like her mama's, and has the most black on her body.
22 Yahtzee is the one most likely to take chances and get in the middle of things.
23 She is pretty independent, and loves to romp, run, and play, but she will come bounding to you for attention, and she will jump through the air to "kiss" your face.
24 Yahtzee was the first puppy to try to get up on the trampoline.
We have just filled out the papers finalizing Yahtzee's adoption. While she is not really paper trained, she's learning that it "pays" to go outside. She is a delight, and we're having so much fun with her. What a sweet girl! - Judie Nauman, Fri, 20 Jun 2008 9:04AM

I cannot resist posting about these darlings. The mom, Jenga is a sweetheart and all of her kids have that quality. When you hold them they turn into jello and just wait for sweet talking. I know they will find wonderful forever homes soon! - Paula Nowak, Mon, 26 May 2008 8:17PM
