1 Meet Dik-dik!
2 He is a young fellow between 12 and 18 months old.
3 He came to us weighing just 11.2 lbs. (in photo). He has put on a little weight, now weighing 13 lbs., but could still stand to put on a bit more and should end up at about 14 lbs.
4 Dik-dik is a very friendly, engaging fellow, although he was pretty wary and hand-shy when he first got here.
5 Dik-dik and his brother, Kudu, were found wandering on a busy street, having a wonderful time exploring the world and oblivious to traffic and other dangers.
6 He seems very happy to be accepted into a home where he can play and be fed and not be yelled at or grabbed.
7 Dik-dik has shown excellent house training in his past few weeks in foster care, with no accidents.
