Kelly and Hello School's Hungi BBQ (March 18, 2004)| This was Kelly's Mouri style Hungi BBQ. Basically you dig a hole and then build a big fire. After the fire is dead you clean out the hole and put in two cages full of food - one with meat and the other with vegie. Put them into the hole and wrap them in a WET blanket. Then you cover the hole with a lid and cover the lid with dirt to prevent any steam from escaping. Leave it in there for almost 3 hours and then dig it out carefully. And VOILA!! Wonderful Food!!! |

Hero's Cherry Blossom BBQ (2004)| Hero, Taka's brother ahd another BBQ to celebrate the cherry blossom season and the coming of spring. Only problem was that it rained and we had to have it under the bridge. We still had a good time and chatted the entire day away. |
