2 One of the families I visited while in Oaxaca City. The husband of the lady on the left is one of four from his village that are confined to wheelchairs from gunshot wounds. Many others from the same village have suffered other injuries or been killed in the 25-year old armed conflict in the Trique area.
3 A Christian Trique couple in Oaxaca City who has also been key in getting government permission for 125 Trique families to sell their wares daily in a particular city park.
