Memorial Garden Pathway
Work began in late 2015 to replace the crushed granite pathway in the Memorial Garden with paving blocks. Due to a later than anticipated start, work will not be completed until the spring of 2016.

Work will resume when the ground has thawed. To be added is a plastic edging with steel spikes along the entire periphery to retain the walkway shape. Edit

The edges will be backfilled with loam and seeded. Edit

To finish the job, the walkway will be compacted to set and level the pavers and the joints between pavers filled with sand and compacted again. Edit

On 9 March, the block retainers were installed that hold the path shape, the blocks leveled and preparations were made for inserting super sand between the blocks. Edit
