STEVE'S COURTYARD BEFORE n AFTER
My courtyard was, for me, a forty year old eye-sore. Home Pavers, owned by Palmer Iriarte was highly recommended to me by Andrew Fernandez (his cousin) a principal of Adval Construction. Andy and Adval had just completed refacing my kitchen cabinets plus new countertop/sink etc. Smashing job!
I am equally and happily satisfied with Palmer's just completed paving transformation of my courtyard. Palmer's crew, with awesome foreman Lizandro, is the BEST!. Enjoy the before and after shots. The 'after' shots taken one day after completion. For starters I added a catty-corner park bench I TLC restored when I moved in.
Although a small area the new open spaces gave me ample opportunity to add such as the water fountain, trellis and some fun outdoor art.
Note: Tiles appear to color shift a bit depending on lighting and moisture.
