We had a nice week-end and a fun morning on this 4th of July. 4 members (including me) of the reenactment unit I belong to, rode in a parade and took the 2nd place ribbon in the horse category. We got beat out by a cute little girl on a shetland pony. Hard to beat that kind of cuteness...lol.

17 Susan Marie, who was a trooper for sure. She ran up and down the parade route snapping pictures for us and brought us ice cold water after the parade. She deserved a ribbon for her assistance.
