WC62 RANGOON DODGE PEOPLE HAULER
In Jan 06 I took a trip to Burma to visit the Ledo Road and to look for WWII vehicles to photograph.  In Rangoon I came across probably 3 dozen or so of these WC51 and WC62 or (WC52s or WC63s with winches removed) that have been coverted to people haulers or commerial trucks.  Most of these were along a street that sound like "insane street" but I am sure that is not the correct spelling.  Rangoon must have the largest population of these truck that are still being used daily in the world. I call them the Rangoon Dodges for that reason.

When I first saw some of the Dodges I thought they were WC51s and couldn't figure out how they had stretch the bed to haul more people. When I went across the street to get a picture of one then I noticed the large wheel well and noticed they were WC62s with one of the axles removed.
