- Didn't quote exact numbers. I started at $6k per filming day and $2k/prep,wrap and he seemed like he wanted more.
- Scouted two buildings: main front and vacant back lot/building.
- Main front building has half a vacant first floor. It's the more finished one of the two buildings.
- Back building is completely vacant. Actually used to be a yoga studio. 1st floor of back building is mostly used for storage purposes at this time.
- Top floors are going to be gutted this year, but for now, resemble temporary office spaces. No elevator in the back building - short walk up stairs to second floor.
- Parking lots can be cleared upon request. Did not discuss how much more it would cost if we needed the the two lots at the entrance of the road off Palisade Street.
