They had major flooding with Hurricane Sandy. Diane just let me scout the exteriors, she did not want me to disturb the tenants who were dealing with a lot and angry at the EDC for no heat. Interiors were without heat and electricity. All were on generators. Best to contact Doug. The building most likely 50 43rd St is unsafe to enter.
