notes: - July 17 - 23 Ted is out of town and feels that it will be impossible to facilitate filming those days. - They have scheduled vehicle maintenance every day which they can’t turn away. It is typically only 2-3 cars in the morning. July 24th there is only one car scheduled for maintenance. Ted says they can finish that car before filming making the 24th our best option to control the garage. - The depot has a shift change every day at 4a-6a and 4p-6p. At those times 100-200 cabs drive through the lot to fuel up and have their oil checked. We can be working in the garage but will need to clear the way for the fuel pumps outside. - Business slows down considerably after 6:30pm. Also filming in the dispatch booth is only allowed after 6:30p. All other areas are available during the day with the exception of the fuel pumps during the shift change. - They have had filming before.
