* 1st and 2nd Floor are approx. 5000 sq ft each and identical.
* Open space. Would need to bring in dividers to separate into office spaces if privacy is necessary.
* Phone lines and jacks are run throughout the floors, but the system was removed when the previous pruduction left.
* 1st Floor has a storefront that opens up completely for very easy load in and load out. There is also a private entrance into the space from outside. Might want to consider it as a shop/storage space if it does not fit your needs as an office.
* 2nd Floor can be cleared out fairly quick if we decide we want it.

* Two sections of the floor can be separated by closing off a small doorway connecting the spaces.
* All phone lines seem to be setup, but a technician would need to come test it to be sure.
* 24 hour access to building provided with our own key for after hours. A freight person would have to be arranged for after business hours.
* Central Air system in place and working.
