- TUE MARCH 29 is their preferred date to film. Mon 3/28 is second choice. Other than those, not sure that filming would work.

- will NOT shut down the entire museum for our shoot, for any amount of money.  Only the Planetarium.
- will NOT cancel sessions already booked by schools
- Dates open for filming: 3/24, 3/25 after 10:45 am, 3/28, 3/29 after 10:45am, 3/30, and 3/31.
- will have to pay additional fees for security/museum personnel.
- seats about 125 people
- Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and would be the most preferable days to film.
- art in the Gallery section cannot be removed or photographed.  Outer Space related posters in the planetarium hallway can likely be photographed
- Will require a planetarium tech to operate the star projector.
- They can likely supply a holding/catering space for us as well, and parking at the parking lot if museum is closed.
- Discussed 8-10K for everything, but waiting to hear approval
