Laura Has not done filming before. The person who gave authorization was not there with us so I think another phone call in the morning to confirm is required. We were approved to film in the lobby after or before hours and maybe with ITC. The underground parking is not used and would be the easiest to do our work. It may not be possible on the ground floor covered parking area. They are still under construction on the 4th floor. They are installing drywall in the next week and after that is finishing touches so there shouldn't be much noise. However, they do park there trucks and are visible in that under ground lot. She is aware of the gun fire and scenes. She doesn't anticipate it being a problem but needs to confirm that with her upper management.

Has had a lot of filming before, $5,000 per day prep or wrap. Needs to work out where to do the car stuff but recommended the back entrance and that lot as the best place. Aware of gunfire and would be ok with the gun but not the noise. Did not discuss the use of that front lobby but I don't think he would allow it. Doesn't allow stuff that disrupts other tenants. Insised on doing a reroute rather then ITC for traffic in the lot. |
