They have the 37th floor vacant with minimal furniture but fully controllable. The reception area and active offices could potentially be used as filming areas but will have to be done after hours and or in a limited way. We will not have full control and will have to work around them.
Building Management: Boston Properties Sandra Lambe 212-750-2906 slambe@bostonproperties.com I spoke with Sandra. She mentioned there is no filming allowed int he lobby. She would like a proposal for a possibility to film at the entrance of the building. There will be fees for elevator operator (dedicated) and other access personnel. She will determine fee based on the proposal (dates, times, crew size, etc)
