- Never had filming before. - Would want a 2 week minimum rent. - This property is pending availability as they are trying to rent it out. - They are still repairing the space from the damage of storm sandy. - Building is a total of 3 floors and all look like the 2nd floor does. Elevator in the building. - lobby is small and is more of an entrance way. I shot it from the 2nd floor as they just put down the tiles before I got there.
