In order to work with the restaurant entrance or inside the restaurant estimate 5k to be out by 10:30am and 10k to be out by 3:30p. To buy out all day depends on day. Revolving door is only way in so we would need to deal with them even if we just play it as the exterior bank.
I talked to Bldg. Mgmt and they are fine with just an ins. cert and no fee. They said just deal with restaurant.
