(1) Held harmless insurance coverage (2) No REG management/ staff in the filming (3) No REG vendors, i.e. Coke, Nestle in the filming (4) Approval of script involving theatre scenes (5) Location Fee (prefer Monday thru Thursday)
Fee is determined if they have to close the entire theatre or auditorium for a complete day.
