- Academy screenings held here regularly. - They are very willing to work with productions in any capacity. - Lighthouse works with the blind. A lot of foot traffic in and out. - good holding/catering area upstairs as well.
- Could not get good exterior shots because of scaffolding and congested traffic. Scaffolding should be coming down by late September 2013.
