No ramp but there is a wheelchair lift at entrance.
Pete seemed interested in having his apartment filmed. He is a lawyer and is also in SAG. I approached him with $1,000 a day for prep and wrap days, and $3,000 for the shoot day.
Pete said he would reach out to building management to make sure they would be ok with filming.
