Building owner must approve shoots. apparently when he's pretty hands on with these things, and it all comes down to his say-so, which I think is a good thing, since according to James, the owner is always interested in making a buck. That said, the owner is currently over seas, but he can be reached rather rapidly apparently and a fast turn-around a shoot day here seems quite possible. James' biggest concern is blocking access to the building. over all seems quite film friendly. Feature in Die Hard 3.
