Joe is out of town until friday. The store is operated by an older couple (who I believe are Joe's parents). They are much more comfortable with us dealing with Joe. But, they did a shoot before ('some sort of police drama') and had a good experience -> understood everything that is involved, but said to call joe on monday.
***UPDATE 3/19/2012 Joe is asking 35K for a day. Working on getting him down on price.
