Mr. Hong is very accomodating and allows filming, especially for people he has had positive experiences with, but he has had some negative experiences and does not allow those managers to use the space a second time. Mr. Hong is bascially cool, but he requires careful handling and attention to create an atmosphere of trust and confidence in order to book and use the space.
