- Most of the Parlor and Garden levels belong to The Peacock. The William controls the lobby and upper levels.
- 20k to close the restaurant for the day.
- The hotel was not clear on what they would charge. The owner of the hotel started to say 3k but his manager jumped jokingly and said it would be closer to 20k. I stressed that this would be way out of our budget. I will follow up.
